Are your costume jewelery products resistant to water?

Our products are water resistant. It is advisable not to wear them daily in the shower. Use in swimming pools or sea is not recommended.

How can I clean your products?

To clean our products it will be enough to rub them with a silver cloth without any specific product.

I saw an article that I like but it is out of stock. Is it possible to be resorted?

Our products are constantly updated. Very often it can happen that the product is resorted during the season. We advise you to register and save the article within your wishlist so you can easily verify your availability.

Where can I see the details of my order?

In the Account section you can call up all the details of the order.

Can I have the data of an order just concluded?

It is not possible to make changes to a concluded order or merit more orders in one shipment.

Can I change the shipping address of an order in progress?

For security reasons we cannot modify the address indicated for the delivery of the package.
