The selling prices shown on the Effell Style website include VAT and do not include shipping costs, which will be added to the total order in checkout.
Effell Style reserves the right to modify the price of one or more products at any time, but guarantees the application of prices indicated on the site at the time of order.

Products

The images of the products offered on sale on the EFFELL STYLE website are shown only for information purposes and may not be perfectly representative of the characteristics of the products and differ, for example, for color tones and dimensions, even due to the conversion of images in phase loading on the site and the browser and the display device used by the buyer.

Availability

Payments

The payment of the products and the related shipping costs can be carried out through one of the methods indicated in the order form.

The accepted payment methods are:

2. CREDIT CARD: Secure, immediate transactions and no additional costs. You can use prepaid cards such as Postepay. In case of payment by credit card, financial information will be collected, via SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encrypted protocol, without third parties to have access to. Credit card information will never be displayed by Effell Style. Information regarding payment will be used exclusively to complete your purchase procedures.
3. BANK TRANSFER : Using this mode the order fulfillment will not be immediate, as they serve 1 to 4 working days to display the accreditation on the account statement. The data for the transfer will be sent in the confirmation confirmation email after completing the checkout phase. The transfer must be carried out within 24 hours from the time in which the order was carried out; Beyond this time the availability of the chosen articles is not guaranteed. Right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal can be exercised within 14 days of receipt of the product.
Shipping costs are not refundable.

Condition necessary for the exercise of this right is the substantial integrity of the product and the package. It is excluded the possibility of withdrawing after opening the package, unless documented cases of damage or defect. To avoid discussions and fraud, Effell Style points out that, before sending, photographed the products and the package. To obtain the repayment of the consideration, at its own expense, return the purchased products.
To guarantee a faster refund, the products purchased at the address must be sent to the address that Effell Style will communicate in response to the email on indicated once the communication of intention of withdrawal is received.

Once the package will arrive at home it will take care of Effell Style to verify that all the aforementioned conditions have been respected. In this case a refund will be carried out equal to the original amount of the order net of shipping costs. The entire procedure will be completed within three working days.

The refund will be carried out with the same method used by the customer for payment.
